About the Founder
Mr. Yeogirl Yun is a technologist and entrepreneur who is passionate about developing technologies that improve people's lives. Yeogirl has founded 4 companies for the past 10 years in the Internet search engine, e-commerce industry in US, Japan, and Republic of Korea.
Yeogirl founded mySimon.com in April of 1998 and served as CTO. Yeogirl raised about $30M in venture capital and was responsible for architecting and developing the mySimon web site. The site scaled to support thousands of e-commerce merchants and set a new standard in comprehensiveness. Yeogirl is the creator of the VLA (Virtual Learning Agent) technology that powered mySimon.com. It was successfully acquired by CNET in February of 2000, for $700M.
In 1999, Yeogirl also founded the Wisenut.com search engine company and served as CTO. Yeogirl raised about $10M in venture capital, and built it into one of two search engines that indexed over 1 billion web pages. Wisenut.com was selected by TIME as one of 50 best tech web sites in 2002. Wisenut was successfully acquired by LookSmart in April of 2002.
In 2000, Yeogirl also founded Korea WISEnut and served as Chairman. Yeogirl raised about $12M in venture capital. Korea WISEnut is a leading enterprise and web search technology provider in Korea with over 600 corporate clients. In 2005, Korea WISEnut was selected as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in Asia Pacific by Deloitte Technology.
In 2004, Yeogirl also founded Become.com and served as Chairman and CTO until March of 2007. Yeogirl raised about $12M in venture capital and led its technology development to create Become.com web site. Yeogirl is one of the inventors of AIR technology that scales Internet link-analysis solution on a vertical domain involving billions of web pages. In 2005, Yeogirl also successfully led the founding and development of Become Japan Corporation, raised $7M in venture capital, and created its web site for Japanese consumers.
Yeogirl has a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University and a MS degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. He is the winner of the Korean National Scholarship in Computer Science in 1993. Yeogirl is currently serving as Chairman and CTO at Korea WISEnut since August of 2007.

Job Description
iZENEsoft is looking for talented senior software engineers to build a world-class engineering team in the area of Internet/Enterprise search engine, Data mining and E-Commerce industries.
Requirements :
* BS or MS in Computer Science or other Engineering, Natural Science major.
* At least 4-years of strong object oriented programming skills using C++ or Java.
* Hands-on familiarity with Linux and other open-source software development tools.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Passion for developing well-designed software programs.
* At least conversational English proficiency to communicate with other members of the team.
* Experience with search engine technologies, data mining applications, distributed systems, machine learning, information retrieval is a plus.
* Ph.D in Computer Science or other Engineering, Natural Science is a plus
This position reports directly to CEO and work on all the core technology projects at iZENEsoft.
